Beautiful ocean front home in a peaceful setting that provides relaxation., located in a safe upscale neighborhood.Our family loved the spa bath tub fire pit and bicycles provided. Definitely recommend. staying here

Never ever EVER again will I rent a home managed by Vacasa House was dirty, communication with their “team” was conflicting & inconsistent. House was next to the train tracks which was not disclosed- and VERY loud. House is old & dirty. Major hassle with forms for cars that needed to be registered at security gate- that I stated several times we were renting a car once landing in California & would provide info when I had it, but they continued to harass me for info I did not have, until I did. They refused a guest car in although the car info was provided and we only had 1 car in driveway & they allowed 2. They also forced a minor to walk alone at night to the house instead of getting dropped off. Worst Airbnb experience EVER.

We were surprised to find out that the MASTER BEDROOM/BATH is an OPEN LOFT overlooking the entire living/dining room. NO PRIVACY AT ALL. People should know this information before booking. Also, the house is old and rundown and not inviting, feels like nobody cares for the property. Further, we could not get Vacasa to help us with the front gate. We stay in this community twice a year (at other homes) and have never had a problem with friends visiting for lunch or dinner (we used to live in the area, so have friends visit when we come back). But this time NOT A SINGLE FRIEND WAS ALLOWED IN! We followed ALL the rules (never over 10 people at property at once, no one stayed overnight, gave Vacasa the names and car details of friends, Vacasa responded 3 times via text that our friends were on the list - but the front gate NEVER HEARD FROM VACASA! This was very frustrating. It felt like there was no home owner, just a computer response on the other end. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN VACASA.

Place was amazing! The Vacasa team was also super helpful with checking in and ensuring our stay was 100% at all time.
