Great stay as usual. Always a pleasure to stay as Joan and Bobs guest. Fantastic accommodation beautiful peaceful location. My first choice of accommodation when visiting Carlisle. Apart from the accommodation Joan and Bob are 2 fantastic genuine lovely people. And Joan’s cakes are delicious.

We had such a lovely time, we will definitely be coming back for longer so we can enjoy the cottage more! Our host Joan was so friendly and helpful, with dinner recommendations and our delicious breakfast. Croissants with butter and jam and even homemade cakes that we scoffed as soon as we arrived. Couldn’t recommend this stay more, thank you Joan for the warm welcome.
