Our stay exceeded our expectations. We traveled 5 hours from New Jersey for a 6 girl bachelorette weekend. Peter and Mary answered our call 30 minutes before arrival with details and the house code. The house was spacious and clean. Plenty of parking in the driveway and was a safe residential neighborhood. Pros: - pull out beds were very comfortable - upstairs loft/bedroom was huge with a queen bed and twin. lots of space and mirrors for getting ready - 2 fully private bedrooms - plenty of toilet paper - kitchen was filled with supplies - large backyard with deck Cons: - UBERS/LYFTS were a huge problem for pickup/dropoff because of the location of this property over the bridge toll into newport/jamestown. Drivers would cancel our rides after seeing our rental location. There are also NO uber/lyft XL rides for groups larger than 4 people - not enough towels/ garbage bags - wifi did not work - fridge ice machine did not work - no sponge for dish cleaning

Great house in Narragansett. Outdoor shower was great . Room upstairs very spacious but gets bright early with sky lights . Came with everything you would need. Would highly recommend and would stay again!

The house was easy to find. Peter met us their and gave us a tour of the house and recommended the farmer’s market down the road which was awesome and also some restaurants. We had a problem with one of the AC (it was leaking, but still worked) and a fuse. Peter got right back to us and came and fixed the fuse. When we left, he text me about the AC just to let me know that it was clogged because of a bee and it was nothing we did. The house was immaculate and had plenty of room for 8. We enjoyed our stay wish we got to use the deck but due to the weather we couldn’t but we look forward to renting again in the future.

Communication with Peter was great! Location was perfect for us. Family of 7-6 adults and a toddler so the space of the house was perfect. Skylights upstairs make that area a bit warm. Also very bright so be prepared. House was very neat and clean. Highly recommend.

Beautiful home! Peter and Mary were helpful and friendly. Answered all of our questions and took the time to get to know us. Highly recommend staying here, we will again next time we're in the area!
