John and Laurie''s getaway was the perfect spot for our family vacation. It's peaceful with gorgeous views no matter the time of day or the weather. There's a good bit to do locally, but it's also easy to go exploring more afar if you're wanting to be adventurous. We were greeted each morning by seals playing in the water. We even got to see the summit of Mt. Rainier on a super clear day.

This place was amazing! The pictures really don't do it justice! (I almost don't want to let that secret out!) It's so peaceful, beautiful, clean, comfortable, and a really serene getaway. There are so many wonderful highlights about it: it's literally ON the water, there's a wrap around viewing deck, the windows are incredible, the beds are sooo comfortable, the place is so clean, the primary bedroom had a bidet AND a rain shower, the swing downstairs was absolutely everything, there were kyaks, they left us a bottle of wine to enjoy, the check out was sooo nice (we really didnt have to do much which was so refreshing compared to so many other places where you literally have to do everything, you wonder why you're paying a cleaning fee!)....I could go on and on. We even saw whales the morning we left! Laurie and John were so communicative, responsive, and nice.

Laurie and John’s place is AMAZING. Extremely quiet and peaceful but they provide kayaks and stand up paddle boards for some light activity with your guests. They had multiple hang out spots indoors and outdoors not to mention their really cool fireplace table and fire pit! To top off their wonderful home, they were extremely great hosts. Responsive and really understanding. Would 100000% be back!

Nice place to stay. Very peaceful and relaxing. Host was very friendly. Next time we will stay in summertime. Early spring was just a bit cold but not our Hosts’ fault.

Absolutely a beautiful home to stay in. Woke up with beautiful views and an amazing place to stay with your family! Definitely would stay there again.
