Great space and Peaceful backyard environment.

We had to find a place to observe the eclipse. Found this wonderful home on a large grassy site. We brought some of our children and grandchild to see the Eclipse. Planned to stay extra days to see the sights. Saw the beautiful Capitol and Lady Bird Lake. Enjoyed lots of barbecue!! The amenities were more that abundant, clean, up to date. We felt very lucky to find such a nice apportioned home. Would stay here again in a heart beat.

The house is beautiful and Vladimir is very easy to communicate with. Has everything you will need. The way down to the lake is steep as stated with some rocks down at the bottom you must walk down to get to the lake. But the dock and the lake are great as well. Had a great time.
