Nathan’s place was perfect for what we booked it for. A gorgeous place in the country, away from the hustle and bustle, yet 15 minutes from the necessities of life. We booked this cabin for its proximity to a music festival in Ashland, Ky. Excellent location for what we needed. During our stay Nathan received a message about some utility work going on in this area which he promptly shared with us so we’d know what was going on. Beds were comfy, I snuggled up with one of the throws on the couch one evening and it smelled divine. Excellent attention to detail and Nathan provided all major necessities to get you started and feel right at home. We would definitely stay again!

Had a weekend retreat with old friends. House was in pristine condition and had everything needed. Amazing showers and beds. Everything was so fresh and clean. Had a great time cooking and watching the birds. We enjoyed exploring the caves and property- very quiet and private. We would love to go back!

Nathan’s place is beautiful! Everything was as pictured and more! You could literally come to Nathan’s with just your clothes and toothbrush/toothpaste and be just fine! They had EVERYTHING! They’ve thought of everything and more. The property is gorgeous - we had a great time exploring it. All 3 bathrooms were supplied with toiletries and an abundance of plush towels. We were there for a girls weekend. There were 7 of us in total and we had more than enough space. It’s beautiful and we hope to return again!

We enjoyed our stay at Nathan’s cozy cabin. The location is perfect for people interested in in exploring Carter Caves! There’s plenty of exploring to do on the property too! We enjoyed roasting hot dogs on the campfire—Nathan provided plenty of wood. There are three full bathrooms and one half bath so it is perfect for six people. There are plenty of fresh towels, toiletries and supplies. The beds were quite comfortable. Since there is are upstairs and downstairs thermostats, be mindful that heat rises so if you turn up the heat on the second floor to 70, your guests on the top floor might feel like they are in a sauna. Thankfully, Nathan thought if this and provides plenty of fans. We would highly recommend the charming cabin!
