A great location in the middle of the old town and the flat was just right. Maryanne was very helpful and responsive before our visit.

Great location and value for money. Proactive, helpful and flexible hostess. Although check-in time is 4pm, Maryanne let us in before 1pm so we could drop our bags before our walk. She also proactively recommended a walking route for us. We have a lovely stay, the location is amazing in the historic town, just a few minutes walk to the seafront and lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. Great option for a budget stay.

This review is definitely going to be out of sync with all the other reviews, but trying to be honest. Sorry. Dirty linen left in hallway throughout our stay. Not too sure if that contributed to the smell in the hallway. Smell in the flat on arrival was a bit overwhelming. We had to buy air freshener to mask it. Beds were badly made, give the impression that linen was not changed over from the previous guests ( we are praying this was not case ) We had a party of 5 but only one set of towels in each room, with a dirty towel hanging on the back of the door in the twin room ( that was disappointing) Overall cleanliness seemed to be ok, but the carpet needs immediate attention and the toilet/shower area definitely needs some TLC Hording previous guests food in the cupboard and freezer is a bit strange Not a fan of the dog bed and was not impressed to find a dirty dog bowl under the main bed. Great size flat, but attention to detail is badly needed. Maybe we were just unluck

Maryanne was incredibly helpful. Even when we weren’t booked in to her place until the following day she called straight away to try and help us. Thank you Maryanne, your kindness meant so much to us.
