It’s the second time we have stayed with Melanie and again had a lovely short break away. The views are spectacular and the garden gave our dog lots of room to run around securely too. Melanie is super responsive and friendly. Would highly recommend

We spent a wonderful few days at Melanie's beautiful cottage in The Borders. The cottage was really cosy, well equipped, and felt like home as soon as we arrived. Mel was welcoming, friendly and helpful. We loved exploring the area, managing some great walks despite mixed weather. The cottage is located in a beautiful and peaceful spot but is also close to Jedburgh, Melrose and Kelso. A fantastic few days - thank you!

We really enjoyed staying at Melanie and David's (who are the perfect hosts) wee cottage. It was the perfect place to escape the noise and bustle of the city life.

A lovely property, beautifully furnished, warm and comfortable. Melanie is a great host and we have loved every minute of our long weekend. The location is quiet, beautiful and close to Jedburgh, Kelso and Melrose. We highly recommend it!

We enjoyed our return to Mel's beautiful cottage, which was as cosy and welcoming as ever and a wide range of essentials on arrival! Mel very kindly offered early arrival, which was extremely helpful with the winter weather! Casting our net a bit wider this time we discovered a whole new range of nearby countryside walks with stunning views that we enjoyed just as much as the dog. Very highly recommended!
