Owl Cottage is a three bedroom cottage on the edge of our working farm. There is a games room with pool table and football table and dart board too. There is a first floor bathroom and a ground floor shower room. Outside, there is parking for two cars to the front and a small enclosed garden to the rear with table and BBQ. Great base for exploring the Borders and just walking out onto the farm to take in the stunning views and see our sheep and cattle and wildlife too Owl Cottage has views over the countryside towards The Cheviots and a great Games Room which is also a good spot for your dog when coming in from a wet walk!

The house was the perfect accommodation for our family, plenty of space for the children and great amenities. I was able to cook a family meal each evening easily. I was also able to wash & dry all of our dirty clothes. Lucy was kind enough to allow the children to feed the animals which was a trip highlight. An authentic farm stay with great views, total peace & quiet and everything we needed. The only issue was slow internet at times, but turning our phones off helped the TV. We loved our stay in spite of terrible weather, the house was the perfect warm shelter!
We had such a nice stay at Owl Cottage,its location is perfect for visiting Jedburgh,and other nearby towns as well as Edinburgh. We were lucky to be able to feed the cows too!! Thanks Lucy, we’ll definitely be coming back to you
We loved our stay here, peaceful quiet location. Great little cottage with everything we needed. Lucy even had my husband, little boy and I up to feed the cattle and see the sheep on the farm. Made our little boys day!
Great little cottage for a weekend away, with walks right in your doorstep. Lucy was brilliant and arranged to show us round the farm and let the kids feed the cattle. Couldn’t ask for anything more as a host

We have a smaller holiday cottage, Wild Rose next to Owl Cottage and also two other cottages owned by us
There is free parking at Owl Cottage. We have created walks on the farm and there is also use of a tennis court, which you can book to use. We are in a rural location so there is no public transport nearby but we do have a bus station In Jedburgh( just over 3 miles away) and a railway station at Tweedbank (25 minutes drive) that takes you to Edinburgh

I live on our farm with my husband Matt and I look after our two holiday cottages, Wild Rose and Owl Cottage. I like to ensure that you have a great holiday and will help you in anyway I can. I can chat with you via email or phone or in person when you arrive. We have lots of walks on the farm and I love to let you know what we are doing with the farm animals too. We have some amazing restaurants and cafes in the area, using food grown and sourced locally. We also have some great places to visit too.
