Brian’s place was exactly what we were looking for. Great place with all the amenities you would need, and close to all the surf breaks. He was also quick to respond and super friendly. Would definitely recommend to anyone 🤙🏽✌🏽🤟🏽

ACHTUNG: Die Küche kann nicht zum kochen verwendet werden, nur ein Reiskocher vorhanden, Rest zum kochen fehlt -> Ausstattung entspricht bei Weitem nicht der Beschreibung. Das Haus liegt nicht am Strand! Brian hat sehr schlecht auf unsere Bitte, die Küche zu ergänzen, reagiert und nachdem der Reiskocher kaputt ging und man gar nicht mehr kochen kann, keinen Rabatt gewährt. Wir haben es über mehrere Tage zu regeln versucht, er hat nichts gemacht, uns einzig an die Nachbarn verwiesen, um fehlendes Gerät selbst zu organisieren. Das Haus braucht dringend ein Update: Schimmel im Bad, Einschusslöcher im Fenster neben dem Bett, ein Badfenster kann nicht abgeschlossen werden, angegebene Aufhängemöglichkeiten für Tücher, Badesachen fehlen Hundekot im Garten.

El lugar está bien ubicado y es bonito, cerca de la playa y muy privado 👌🏽 Un aspecto que no me pareció tan cómodo es que el área del sanitario y las duchas está conectado con los cuartos y no cuenta con puerta ni cortinas, aspecto que le resta mucha privacidad. Otro ámbito que me hubiese gustado tener es una cocina más equipada al menos con lo básico ( como aceite, sal...) así también como la estufa eléctrica que no calienta lo suficiente para cocinar ampliamente. En general el lugar está muy bonito, rodeado de vegetación que atrae a animales silvestres muy llamativos, muy cerca del mar y con garaje disponible. Es importante recalcar que el anfitrión siempre fue muy amable y mantuvo contacto constante, de verdad que hace sentir cómodo a sus huéspedes, la verdad que mejorando esos aspectos negativos volvería sin dudarlo 👌🏽
