Это жилье было указано как с самостоятельным прибытием и с моментальным подтверждением, поэтому я его забронировал. Однако, в инструкции о заселении было указано, что необходимо связаться с хозяином. Но было уже поздно и хозяин не отвечал. Я сразу написал ему в чате что бы он отменил это бронирование, но он этого не сделал в течение двух недель. Я совершенно случайно увидел это жилье у себя в списке мест где я побывал и был очень удивлен тем, что хозяин получил деньги и ничего не предпринял! Он просто забрал себе мои деньги!

We didn’t get a chance to meet Manuel but Ana was very kind and a responsive host. It was awesome being steps away from the beach.

A very spacious house, very open to the outside. The house is in the yard of the owners and they are near by for any need. It's located in a very quite village, literally a few steps from the beach, near some surfing points. Ana was very kind with us and assisted with anything we asked.

Ana y Manuel's place is amazing. They are such a cool, friendly local family to spend time with. They have all the insights into the local community and are amazing artists. They were able to get my wife wonderful Spanish lessons while we stayed there and went above and beyond to make our time memorable.

This home was perfect for our needs. You are right on the ocean and in a friendly local neighborhood. The town of Pilon is quiet and folks are very friendly and neighborly. The house is well equipped with everything you need for beach living. It is open air, so you feel close to nature all of the time. The sounds of the tropical birds and ocean waves are a symphony to be in awe of. The house is very comfortable with artistic touches, and a pretty typical Costa Rican bungalow. There are some details to be finished on the house, but it didn’t affect the quality of our stay at all. Anna and Manuel are extremely friendly, attentive, and generous. They often brought us homemade food, invited us out to Fish, and even taught us about the Native Plants on the land. The bedrooms are simple, the beds are comfortable, and there is an extra large table in the kitchen, where you can serve food, do work, and even set up an art studio! We loved it here! Highly recommend.
