We loved it here! The house was absolutely beautiful and charming, as well as the surroundings. The house was fully stocked and really clean. Christine cohosts this house and she is an awesome host. She responded right away, and was really helpful. We highly recommend this place I can’t say enough about it .  We will definitely be back 
We just got back from our 4th annual Holiday kickoff weekend in Door County with our son and DIL -- and this is the 3rd year we've stayed at this beautiful and peaceful cabin in the woods. That alone should tell you how much we all love the place. This cabin is on the other side of the peninsula, about equidistant from Egg Harbor. We love that - you are out of the madness that can be Door County, especially in the summer/fall months. Here at the cabin in Jacksonport, you are close enough to get to those towns on the back roads, but far enough away to have peace and quiet. Some of the things we love about this property: - drinking coffee in the morning while looking out at the wooded property and the wildlife. - gathering in the huge great room in the evening - making dinner in the large and modern kitchen - the friendliness of the owner TIP: Make sure to pick up some steaks at Bley's Grocery Store, a hidden gem just 3 minutes from the cabin. Seriously the best cuts of meat!
We were a group of teachers coming to Door County to relax after parent teacher conferences. The place is beautiful and warm. It is conveniently located to many things that people enjoy about Door County like hiking, shopping and eating. We loved the layout of the place and the beautiful windows to overlook the trees with the leaves turning colors. We had a great walk to Lake Michigan and felt very safe. The outdoor fire pit was enjoyable, and we had a beautiful evening of stars.
Private, comfortable, relaxing… everything you could ask for. We loved it.
Lovely cabin! Beautiful scenery and quiet! Clean and comfortable. The host is friendly and helpful. We definitely want to return soon!

As full time travel photographers, we now call Sturgeon Bay home and excited to share this wonderful home with guests and travelers.
