Thank you to Rinner for a lovely stay. We enjoyed the view of the small creek and the horses and cows! We loved the dinner in the next door soda. The breakfast that came with the stay (at the soda) was delicious! It was really hot when we were there so I could not convince my teenagers to hit the local hot springs. We did go on some nice walks. If you are looking for a non-touristy, simple place to stay in the countryside, then this is the place for you!

Cool house on the main road but felt like it was very rural. It's next to a small local restaurant which has nice local food. we were with a toddler, and the garden, river and pool were a good adventure for her. There are national parks under an hour away, as was the puma sanctuary. We did the miravalles volcano hike, which took us 8 hours up and down with toddler in the backpack. thanks again to the hosts :)

precioso lugar al pie del Volcan Miravalles, con un pequeño riachuelo que atraviesa la propiedad, está lleno de naturaleza viva, arboles, aves, se siente mucha paz. La casa en si es muy amplia y cómoda, dispone de muchas facilidades, los colchones son extra firmes , lo cual es de mi particular agrado y brindamos algunas pequeñas recomendaciones para hacer el baño más cómodo. Pueden consultar por el servicio de desayunos que tiene un costo adicional muy cómodo de precio y permite el gusto de disfrutar de un delicioso gallopinto guanacasteco bien provisto y servido en casa por doña Isabel, es una joya. Asimismo recomendamos las aguas termales cercanas, a bajo costo de entrada e instalaciones muy bien mantenidas. La zona de Guayabo de Bagaces se mantiene aún muy rural y con excelente infraestructura. Aconsejamos sin dudarlo este lugar, por su ubicación, precio, encanto, limpieza y servicios.

My mom and I stayed here for four nights. We had a lovely time visiting some local hot springs (by taxi), hiking the volcano (literally across the road), checking out some near by towns, so many waterfalls, and hanging out with some awesome neighbours (you never know what adventure awaits if you just say yes). Rinner always replied quickly and we were very thankful for all his time. The house and grounds were even better than we had hoped. This is a great place to relax, do some hiking and bird watching.
