You don’t deal with the host at all… you deal with a 3rd party company Beachfront. Pretty sure I was dealing with an individual initially on AirBnB. Things like requesting an earlier check in (4p -> 2p) cost $50 that you pay directly to BeachFront using their inferior web page (circumventing AirBnB). Access to the beach from the property is very dangerous. Safe path is to the right hand side (as you are heading down), of what once looked like a staircase going over large rocks. Don’t use the partial staircase - that way has rocks covered in concrete with some rebar sticking out. We had to call out support to fix a broken shower (wouldn’t turn off), a front window that couldn’t be locked and entry to the unit by someone who left the door open. The interior was nice and clean. The bed was hard (you may like that). The exterior patio area is filled with sand - kinda like a fake beach. I didn’t like it; you end up tracking sand into the unit. The view is amazing.

You literally cant get any closer to the water. You actually get hit with ocean spray on high tide. Perfect to sit out bbq and listen to the ocean. We will definitely come back.

We really enjoyed our stay. Our unit was right on the beach which gave us excellent views of the ocean along with the soothing sounds of the waves. Our unit was very clean and had everything we needed. If you are looking for a great place to relax on the beach this place can’t be beat.
