Located on the 4* Welcome Holiday Park with use of Swimming Pools, Bar, Restaurant and Entertainment areas open from Easter to the end of October, subject to availability. 500m flat walk to the sandy beach which in 2023 was awarded the European Blue Flag for the 25th consecutive year. Double bedroom with tv, twin bedroom, shower room and open-plan living/dining room/kitchen. Fully self-contained and equipped. 40" flat-screen Smart TV. Electric heating included. No pets allowed. The facilities at the Welcome Holiday Park - 3 Swimming Pools, Jacuzzi, Bar, Restaurant and Evening Entertainment - are available to our guests for a small fee, payable at Reception. These are available from Easter until the end of October each year, subject to availability. Restrictions may apply and you will be fully informed of any at the time of booking. Please note that no carbon monoxide alarm is installed as there is no gas at the property.

We had a lovely stay at Alan' place despite the rain, it was great to have access to the swimming pool at these times! It was very peaceful at the chalet but not too much of a walk to the club house or the beach so I'd recommend this to both families or couples.

Dawlish Warren has several pubs, restaurants and take-aways. It has two supermarkets, a pharmacy, a doctor's surgery and several gift shops. There is a large supermarket 5 minutes drive away and the shops of Dawlish are about 2 miles away.
Dawlish Warren beach has won the European Blue Flag award for the past 24 consecutive years. Lifeguards are on duty in the summer season.
Trains - Dawlish Warren is on the south-west mainline and direct trains can be caught to Exeter, Teignmouth, Newton Abbot, Torquay and Paignton.
Buses - Regular buses from Dawlish Warren to Exeter, Newton Abbot and Torquay.
Airports - Exeter airport 14 miles, Bristol airport 75 miles.

Between us, we have many years experience of working in the hospitality industry. We have worked in a variety of Hotels and Guest Houses, from Country House Inns, to Grand London Hotels and busy Airport Hotels, owned a hotel in Cornwall, and worked in retail and catering. Originally from Manchester and London, we have now settled in Teignmouth, just down the coast from Dawlish Warren. Our families live as far afield as Cornwall, Nottingham and Sussex and our grandchildren love spending time in both Dawlish Warren and Teignmouth when they come to visit - you can see them in several of our photographs!
