Melissa’s place was fantastic. The location was perfect. The neighborhood is extremely peaceful and quiet. The home was clean when we arrived. My only suggestion would be that the sheets and towels need to be replaced. They were a little dingy. I would definitely stay here again.

Couldn't find a better location. While the interior is dated, everything works as it should. The view and private beach access steps from the back door are amazing.

Fantastic location!! Plenty to do right in the area. But we could definitely get to the touristy areas without having to stay in them. We slept so well with windows open listening to the waves! The driveway/parking was extremely tricky! We had a large van - fortunately we rented both sides so we were able to back down the road and parallel park across both spots. The hammocks were a huge hit! The beach is beautiful but the sand will not 'sand' - as the kids kept saying. It was too soft and wouldn't hold shape. (no one's fault - just don't expect to build castles) Kitchens were well appointed with equipment so we could cook in house. Loved the rinse buckets at the back door! That sand was persistent. Great water pressure! Quiet neighborhood! Very close to some neat shopping areas. We definitely used the laundry area! Was great that they were available. I think we were able to do more staying here than if we'd been at a resort or hotel! Just a wonderful trip!!
