beautiful place right on the water

The cabin was very clean and cozy. The surroundings were beautiful. One of the main reasons we booked this cabin was for the advertised kayaks. We are avid kayakers and were so excited to explore the lake. We were disappointed when we couldn't find the kayaks. After communicating with Vacasa we were informed the kayaks had been put away. Nowhere in the description did it say the kayaks may not be available. This was extremely disappointing. This place was pricey and would have been worth it if to us if the kayaks had been available. It was very disappointing.

We loved our stay at the cabin! We didn’t see anyone else while we were there and felt like we had the whole lake to ourselves. We used the paddle board, kayaks and indoor & outdoor fire places. Stunning sunsets & cozy vibe inside.

The cabin is very nice..the ice covered in cared for driveway is not..right on Moosehead Lake but 0 snowmobile access..owner has great access but won’t let you use it and where he sends you to get your sled to the ice isn’t even an option..if you have a snowmobile to ice fish with find another place
