This place really exceeded expectations. Looks nice in the photos but better in real life. So much outdoor space. Marcella was a lovely host, went above and beyond and clearly cares about you having a good time.

Cottage was fantastic for a family getaway, plenty for the full family to do from the hot tub to children's play park and ample space indoors to relax. Very clean inside and lots of space outdoors, it has a very countryside feel to it which we wanted but is less than 10 mins away from Castle Douglass which is a lovely town woth great shoos and eateries. Marcella made us feel very welcome and it's certainly a place we would like to return to in the future.

Just returned from the most amazing weekend at this beautiful cottage. There was absolutely nothing I could fault. Marcella was the perfect host who went above and beyond for us during our stay. Only regret was that we didn't book to stay longer. Already planning our return ❤️

Lovely location and very clean. The dome next to the hot tub and garden area was unexpected and a lovely touch. Hot tub and sauna easy to use and thoroughly enjoyed.
