Loved the place, it was last minute request and Ryan was able to squeeze me in at the very last minute thank goodness lol. The host there was very friendly, always smiling and welcoming❤️ the area is very quiet and scenery is beautiful, love love love it… highly recommend for anyone coming to visit on island. Will definitely book again in the future. Thank you for having me Ryan!

Ryan & his house manager Cecilia were amazing and so helpful in every way! They were both incredibly responsive and there to help when I landed and didn’t have any cell service. Their place is located right off the main drag in a nice private spot near several grocery stores & right by the bus stop. The bedroom was a perfect place to crash each night, and the balcony provides a great view of sunset! I met another cool solo traveler staying in the other bedroom and we stuck together all week. I owe Ryan a lot for my American Samoa experience being the best ever!

We really enjoyed staying on this private plantation. It is so beautiful. My husband walked out and caught the bus most mornings to get to the hospital. It has a great kitchen for preparations and cutting up yummy papaya. The host was very friendly and always helpful. We were very comfortable in our large bedroom.

My friend and I booked both rooms for three nights and were satisfied all around. The price was great (esp compared to local hotels), and the home was clean and spacious as described. Each bedroom has a private bathroom with a shared common area that includes a kitchen and a living room. Ryan was a great communicator from the beginning and helpful with finding the keys on our arrival. His instructions on how to find the house were easy enough for us to follow but taxis struggled when we called. With the bus stop across the street though, transportation is easy (as long as it's not Sunday). The live-in caretaker of the home, Sandy, was wonderful to give us a couple of rides into town and put a pot of coffee on in the mornings. The decor is extra fun if you're from San Francisco as I am. Go Niners!
