This 2500 square foot cabin has 4 bedrooms with 2 full baths and 2 half baths. The master has Queen bed, private bathroom. Living room, dining room with seating for up to 8, family room with wood burning fireplace, Smart TV, and Mario Arcade game. The kitchen is fully stocked. Full bathroom upstairs. Bdrm 2 has one queen bed. Bdrm 3 has 1 full bed and a twin trundle bed. Walk thru bdrm 3 to enter Bunk room - 2 full over full bunk beds and a twin bed. Private pool. Sauna. Ping Pong Table. All spaces in the main house are open to use. The newly remodeled shed has a sauna.

Shelly's property on the Colorado River was a perfect getaway for my family. we had so much gin l fun fishing, playing games and ping pong. so many beds and bathrooms. We really enjoyed the property.

The house was perfect for our two families of 10 adults. So many beds and more than enough bathrooms. Felt right at home. Quiet area. No issues. Owner great to work with. If you go in December, you will see a beautiful Christmas light display of the neighbors. What a greeting!
