Perfect accommodations, beautiful setting, and an extremely friendly host. We were here during the off-season and the cabin was warm and comfortable.

Excellent location for exploring the area. We wanted to visit with a friend who lives on North Hero and this worked out perfect. Enjoyed two dinners at Kraemer and Kin (Alburg Golf Links) that were delicious (burgers, salad, pizza) and less than five minutes away. And grabbed a quick breakfast at VT Bake House in Alburgh as well as Harborside Harvest market - less than two miles away. Explored Burlington and watched the sunset from the dock. The place felt new and clean and much larger than it looks in the photos. Great communication with David. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Our cottage was newly built/renovated - new appliances, pots, utensils stocked. Clean bathroom with new washer & dryer. Shower water heated almost instantly. David provides plenty of dishwasher and washing machine pods, and plenty of paper towels and toilet paper. The beds are beautifully made and closets contain extra blankets. Bedroom AC’s worked well to cool the rooms at night. No clutter, simple and super clean furniture. Easy to use Smart TV/internet. The open windows offer lovely lighting & breezes! Perfect for a family of 4 & dog! We couldn’t resist being outside nearly the entire stay, from sunrise to sunset. The shoreline across the street is loaded with flat stones for skipping & to our surprise fossil hunting! We used David’s kayaks and super clean life vests several times & could have gone for a swim but ran out of time!

Nice, clean, well appointed lovely little cottage in a great location. Great suset views and easy access to beautiful Lake Champlain. Easy access to route 129 that gets you to the interstate. 129 is like via a lovely meandering country road but is very well maintained and marked. I really appreciated the strategic placement of the trees so that you didn’t feel like you were in a fishbowl. The privacy was really great. Even the placement of the overhead wires was well thought out and not in your eyeline (which you wouldn’t really notice unless they were IN your view). The hot water, running water, power and sewer were all reliable which, unless you’ve lived using a septic system and lake sourced water, could be a problem. Not in this place. The systems looked brand new and of the latest technology. The wifi was solid, cel not so much. The only down sides were the shower I thought was a bit tight and both barbecues should be replaced given how rusted the burners are.
