Chill out at this lakefront cottage on three acres right on Lake Champlain. The main level is open concept with kitchen, living, and dining all in one room. All furnishings are fresh and updated. The property has plenty of outdoor places to gather or just relax. Enjoy views of the Green Mountains from adirondack chairs right by the lake, sip coffee on the front patio, or dine at the outdoor dining table with a view of lake. The home is a perfect gathering spot for friends and families.

We very much enjoyed staying in this home. It was very comfortable and clean. The spectacular view was exactly what we were looking for. We could view the lake and NY mountains from the kitchen, dining room, and living area. The sunroom is a nice place to sit, read, and take in the view. It is nicely decorated.
This was a special stay for us. We loved waking up and walking down the driveway to the lake. The home had everything you need to feel comfortable. We will definitely be back!

Just loved it and will stay again
We had a great time staying in this pretty lakeside spot. Despite some rainy weather, the lake was great for jumping in for quick swims and the house was stocked with fun games and puzzles. The kitchen had everything we needed for making meals with fresh local produce from the island farms.

The Neighborhood and Things to Do:
Several local markets are within a short drive of the house offering essentials and prepared foods. CSAs like North Hero’s Savage Garden offer delicious fresh produce throughout the summer. Local farmers markets abound on Saturdays. Notable neighborhood eateries include North Hero House and Shore Acres Inn. For boaters, a public boat ramp is a short drive from the house and there several marinas where it is possible to rent boats. The island is a great place for cyclists to explore, interesting bike trails include Island Line Rail line – where you can bike across Lake Champlain to the mainland. Hiking is available at several regional parks. For a change of pace, Burlington is 45 minutes away and Montreal a little over an hour.
