This place was perfect for a weekend in Avalon, it was short walking distance to the center of town and the ferry, while being on a quiet side street. They had high quality linens and comfy beds.

The place is super close to the beach and all of the restaurants, I highly recommend it for families or small groups. Overall the stay was pleasant and I would recommend it!

Clean, cozy, only one stair to entry door, flat layout, and great location with steps to Restrurant, beach and harbor. It dose have street noise though.

We had a great stay at this airbnb! The location is close to all the main places in Catalina. We got around everywhere just walking. The furthest walk was to Descanso Beach which was a pretty fun walk anyway. Vons is very close to the airbnb which was really convenient. My guest contact Veronica was super responsive. One time I called her at like 8 pm and she picked up and answered my question. The TVs (one in the living room and one in the master bedroom) worked very well. One negative of the place was there was a sign on the stove that said "don't use this side" with no explanation as to why. This made it kind of hard to cook our dinner because we definitely needed the other burners. The living room is a little smaller than it looks in the photos.
