We didn’t have the best start of our Hawaiian trip due to a miscommunication with Vic. He apologized for the way he spoke to us and showed us some nice things in the area. The room was as described, besides some left trash under the bed and cabinet. Although it’s not much Vic can do about, but there were quite some cockroaches, three of which came into the room. The area was beautiful and great for the price, although the school and rooster could make quite some noise in the mornings. Other than that, we did enjoy our stay on the beautiful island! Cosy, little place in a quiet but lovely neighbourhood. The place has everything you need! The beach is very near and even a lovely restaurant is within 10min walking distance. It has a market and laundromat in town, and a place for good coffee. We would definitely go there again.

Amazing studio super close to Waimanalo beach took 5 minutes to walk straight down the street on to the sand. They had body boards beach mats and beach chairs available for use along with an umbrella! The ac worked great and the bed was comfortable. very friendly got a at home with family vibe. Would definitely recommend 👌

Vic and Carla where amazing. We had a great time on the island. Due to unpleasant circumstances, we had to go home earlier than planned. Vic and Carla supported us wonderfully and helped us with whatever we needed

My husband and I stayed here 11 nights. Vic met us at check-in. Fantastic location. Close enough drive to Waikiki, Kaneohe, North Shore but away from the noise and traffic. Just a short walk to a beautiful beach with amazing sunrises. Has a private outdoor sitting area - pretty rare to find in this price range. Natural setting w/ grass. Vic and Karla have provided everything you could need for easy meals and trips to the beach. We used the cooler everyday for lunches. Everything works - good supply of hot water, a/c, ceiling fan, lots of electrical outlets. Comfortable and clean queen size bed. The suite is more of a cottage than a house with typical Hawaiian louvered windows and not sealed up from outdoor elements as you might expect to find on mainland. The roosters start crowing quite early so good idea to go to bed early. Classes are held next door with school children during the day. I encourage you to attend the church on Sundays - great experience. Mahalo Vic & Karla.
