Such a charming and immaculate space! We loved the treats and the apartment was just lovely and had EVERYTHING we could ever need. She even had an amazing hair dryer and flat iron, which was so convenient and thoughtful. Great communicator and perfect location with the best view! Loved sitting on the terrace drinking wine and listening to music play on gondolas floating by below. Thank you for wonderful memories!

I was blown away by how beautiful this place was. I have stayed at a few AirBnb and Hotels during my trip in Europe, and I have to say this has to be the best AirBnb I have booked, these are the reasons why: 1. Cleanliness: the place was so clean. You can see that Maria has put work into the unit and maintained it well. Even the walls were pristine and the washroom spotless. Right away I felt comfortable staying here. 2. Spacious: this Airbnb was not simply just a room, it was basically like a Venetian Penthouse. It had 2 bedrooms and access to its own large patio that over looked the canal. Did I mention there was also a kitchen stocked with coffee and tea! 3. Location: the area that the Airbnb is located is so convenient. It is a 5 minute walk from the S. Zaccaria waterbus terminal and is surrounded by cute local shops and restaurants. It is only a few minutes from St. Mark’s Basilica and St. Mark’s Square. Super convenient.

I have stayed in many Airbnb houses in many countries. I must say that Maria is definitely a very helpful and competent person, but the pictures in the ad definitely pale in comparison to the house itself. I would definitely recommend it to everyone. To be honest, I don't think I will go to Venice again, but I will visit again just to stay in this house.

Beautiful spot in Venice with gorgeous big balcony, there was milk, coffee and a hamper on arrival which was lovely. Worth every penny. Only thing I would say is that there is no lounge which might be shame if the weather is not warm enough for the balcony. However, we were lucky with the weather!
