When we tried to book Igor's place, it was unavailable. However, Igor went out of his way to find a comparable unit at the same resort. Which was very much appreciated.

Myself and my family (5 of us) quite enjoyed our stay here. The location was good and the beach was nice however we spent most of our time at the pool just outside of our unit. We checked in quite late as our flt was late and the security guard handed us our key which was very convenient. We had some issues within a few mins of arrival however they couldn’t be addressed until the following morning. The ladies in the office worked immediately with us first thing to resolve all of our concerns! The staff are wonderful here and always greet you with a smile on their face! The other visitors and repeat timeshare holders staying here make you feel right at home! Igor was quick to respond with any questions or concerns we had which were few and only upon arrival. I gave the resort (and units) a 4 only because it’s a bit tired and needs a makeover. The cleanliness was great all around!!! We will definitely come back. Cheers

Amazing location and beautiful property. Restaurant/bar on site has delicious food, cocktails and fun atmosphere. Loved our stay!!

The condo we were given was not the same condo we rented. We felt like it was a bait and switch. We were given a condo with less amenities, a tiny pool instead of 2 big pools, a tiny bar instead of a full restaurant. The condo was older than the one we thought we were getting. We were told we could use the amenities at Westwind 2 but walking there each day with 4 young kids on the side of a busy road was not ideal. I would go back to Westwind 2 but not Westwind 1. Igor did refund me a portion of the rent but I would rather rent at the location that I that I thought I was.
