Our space is a fully-furnished Casita above our garage within walking distance of the Potomac Yard Metro Station in a tranquil and secure neighborhood. The space is bathed in natural light, with an extra-comfy king-sized bed. Equipped with a spacious full bath, and kitchen, everything you need is available. The yard and patio with a natural gas grill and fire pit are shared spaces with the property owners and their resident labradoodle. The Casita features a comfy memory foam king-sized bed flanked by two nightstands for storage and easy device charging. The full-sized bath features a deep bathtub and shower with endless hot water provided by a gas tankless system. The kitchen is fully stocked and equipped to make a quick snack or a four-course meal, including a Keurig and selection of Starbucks K-cups. There is ample storage space in a closet with shelves and hanging space for your wardrobe. The space also features a mini-closet which is a great space to stash your bags. The space is flooded with natural light, but the main studio and living area is equipped with motorized blackout shades if you need a rest. The fully-fenced backyard is a space shared with the property owners that you are welcome to utilize. Feel free to utilize the patio area and Solo Stove. Firewood is on site for no added fee. Depending on the season, there are numerous flowers and plants growing outdoors for added privacy and a relaxing atmosphere. The Weber natural gas grill and Blackstone cooktop are also available for you to utilize if desired. Please let us know if you would like to use the Weber grill and we can assist you (it is not a typical propane grill).
