We loved our stay at Anchor's Away! Jane was a great host throughout, always proactively providing information such that I never had to ask for anything. The place was lovely; it was homely and comfortable, had a beautiful little garden, and had the beach and sea just at the end of the road. Everything was clean and tidy. All instructions were clear and the place was very easy to find and get into. It was great to have some local recommendations provided - we visited the Crab Museum and got fish & chips from Pete's Fish Factory as recommended. The location was perfect, being only a short walk from the train station and a walk along the seafront from Margate town centre. We were also very pleased with the price and felt we got a great deal for such a lovely place. I would highly recommend Jane's place to anyone looking for a getaway in Margate.

We had a great time in Jane’s place and enjoyed Margates sea side, museums etc. We felt like at home. I loved my peace, location - 5min from the trains station, we walked to the beach aprox. 2min daily which was so great. My son loved her garden and my dog too. We would definitely come back! Thank you Jane. X

We had a really lovely stay at Jane’s place, was really spacious, well kept and had the added bonus of a beautiful private back garden, perfect for the dog! Even though Jane was on her honeymoon she still kept in touch and was extremely friendly. Hope to stay again soon!

Lovely place. Really clean and comfortable. We needed a base for househunting and this was perfect. Would definitely stay again in the future. Host was readily available and responded quickly to sany questions. Thx for a great stay x
