I have all great things to say about Kristin and her property. 1st of all, she was very inviting and just a super friendly person to deal with. The house was fantastic and close to the beach with lots of great parks in the area. Thr room was very nice with a private bath. Towels , beach chairs , and use of the pool or jacuzzi are also available. Kristin asked as if we needed anything. She suggested some things after asking. Would recommend to anyone. My wife and I may possibly come back and stay there again some time.

It was the best vacation. The beachhouse is perfect, Kristin is a brilliant host, easy to reach, funny and amazing. The room is big with a full bathroom, the bed was REALLY confortable and everything smelled like heaven! The backyard has everything you need and is intimate. The beachhouse is close to a road, so you can ear cars, but you forget rapidly because it is as if you are alone in a resort, and once inside, windows closed you don’t hear a thing. Amazing place to stay!

Kristin is the best. The place was super clean, super comfortable, and the location was great. She was very hospitable. Lovely. I highly recommend!

Staying at Kristin's place was a mini vacation for me. I had to work (virtually) part of the time, but then could easily walk on the beach and watch my son play baseball during "spring training" only 15 minutes away. I had a great stay and look forward to booking again next year.

Thank you for your hospitality and for providing a pleasant stay. The house was very clean, updated and comfortable. We had shared access to a comfortable living area and stylish kitchen. There was also access to a wonderful backyard with a swimming pool and hot tub. You couldn't ask for a more accommodating host. She worked around our crazy schedules and needs. You couldn't ask for anyone nicer. Kristen was very
