FORGET YOUR WORRIES in this totally renovated home! Get yourself a great book and head up the spiral staircase to the little hideaway nook. Every detail was thoroughly thought of with our guests in mind. The home has 3 Bedrooms and two full baths and an eat in kitchen. Sit out on the front porch in the evenings and enjoy a glass of wine. This home will not disappoint! You'll love the modern finishes and amenities throughout this house! The first thing you'll see when you walk in is the beautiful spiral staircase leading to the loft area complete with a comfortable bed, additional seating space, a desk in case you need to work remote, and a reading nook by the front window. There's a full bathroom off the loft as well. Downstairs, the main living areas have an open floor plan and feel very spacious with the soaring ceilings that are open to the loft above. The living room has plenty of seating space for your group and leads right into the fully stocked kitchen which is ready for you to make a home cooked meal. There's bar stool seating at the kitchen peninsula to enjoy dinner in. There are 2 bedrooms on the main floor, one with a king bed and one with a queen, as well as a 2nd full bathroom with large, walk-in shower. There's a washer and dryer in the primary bathroom for your use as well.

This was our second time staying in Jody's place and that was no accident. We love the home (it is so cool with the spiral staircase!), it is clean, comfortable, quiet and decorated so cute! We cooked a lot in the house and found the kitchen very functional. Our favorite thing is the peaceful and green neighborhood - it is such a friendly, beautiful space a stone's throw from an amazing park and walkable to both downtown and the cargo district. Also, Jody + team were very responsive and accommodating/easy to communicate with!
This is a really super cool modern home! I’m a cook so I was quite impressed by how well stocked the kitchen is! My grandson really enjoyed the upstairs loft. Place was clean, except for a small problem in the bathroom and a little accident I had while there, I HIGHLY recommend this experience! It’s close to everything possible too! Just an FYI this house is attached to a back apartment as well. Unfortunately, you can hear everything. Don’t let it discourage you though. This is a really cool place! I would definitely stay again!
Wonderful stay- adorable place, chic and comfortable, a block from an amazing park and very close to both downtown and the cargo district. Perfect place and location for a downtown neighborhood stay. The host was very helpful and easy to work with - if you’re thinking about it, just book!:)
We really enjoyed our stay at the foxy boxy. It was very close to downtown and local restaurants. The house was in a peaceful neighborhood. overall the house matched the pictures and it was exactly what we were looking for. we will definitely be staying there again.

This home is located in historic Carolina Place. It's the perfect location to walk to the Cargo District with all of it's shops, restaurants, and bars. It's only a mile from downtown and the Riverwalk. Wallace park is a block from the house.
Parking is available in the driveway right in front of the guest house. There is additional street parking if needed for extra cars. You can walk to the Cargo District, and downtown is a short drive or uber ride away.
