This was my first time staying at this AirBnB studio on the South Hill. It's a nice, quiet location with plenty of street parking. The apartment is upstairs which is no problem unless you have issues with stairs. Lots of nice windows that open for that cool evening breeze - you'll love it. Hiking trails and a walking path along Cedar Drive that is awesome. Nearby Rocket Bakery is just a 5 minute walk and has great coffee and scones - you'll love it, too. Host Erika was super helpful in getting me oriented for my first stay.

Loved the layout- felt very peaceful. Felt like there were several things making kitchen and bathroom look cluttered for example folded towels sitting out, 2 half drank water bottles in fridge. Minor things just not used to seeing. Overall a great stay

A great place to stay in Spokane. Large and spacious apartment. Plenty of amenities. Easy to check in. Really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend

very cozy and quaint place off the beaten path. was a pleasure to stay here. quiet and lots of little touches you don't always see in an air bnb.

soooo peaceful! plenty of walking trails, the view, the park, the marmots! the train sounds are lovely, and if that's holding you back from staying at Erika's place... I grew up with train sounds, and these ones are very very quiet:) the studio is big and super clean. the bed is soooooo comfy, the sheets are dreamy. the walls seem a little thin, we could definitely hear the ppl in the other unit, but Erika asks her guests to respect a reasonable quiet time (10-7), so that shouldn't be a problem. Erika and her mother are both friendly and very quick with responses we would totally stay here again! oh!! bring your doggo, there's even a little fenced area! nice outdoor seating as well.
