Our stay at Derek’s property was exceptional! We absolutely loved the property’s privacy and beauty. The location was a perfect blend of being close to the grocery store and wonderful restaurants and a nice distance from the hustle and bustle of downtown. Michael ensured that all of our needs were met immediately. He was also extremely helpful in giving us recommendations on how to maneuver local transportation. Without hesitation, we would highly recommend this property to anyone traveling to the Nassau area!

This is the perfect location for a stay on Cable Beach and Derek's apartment is the perfect place to stay. Everything was provided and Mike and the rest of the Airbnb team were on hand to answer any questions or problems. All in all Everything was perfect.

un lloc molt tranquil amb una atenció excel•lent. L’amfitrió ens va atendre de seguida i de manera molt amable. L’accés directe a la platja i les vistes al mar són fabuloses. Es pot caminar fins a altres platges i per la resta, hi ha taxi i autobús públic. El supermercat és a tres minuts caminant. Extraordinàriament recomanable per conéixer Nassau!

We had wonderful time at this place. Access to private beach was something we enjoyed the most. Place was clean and close to couple of restaurants and grocery store. Highly recommended.

If you are a beach lover Derek's place is IDEAL! The beach is literally in your backyard, I actually count the steps to the beach, it took me 20 steps to get to the beach. It's so peaceful to get up in the morning and sit on the beach. Then in the afternoon go back to the beach to relax and meditate. In the evening is even amazing to watch the sunset, great energy in apartment complex. Again, if you are a beach lover Derek's place is the beach sanctuary!
