The expansive open floor plan allows for gatherings of up to 10 individuals. The cozy living room has a large sectional sofa, lots of blankets, and a 55" flat screen TV (you can sign in with your personal login information for Netflix, Hulu, Prime, Disney+, etc.). We offer high speed (1,000 mbps) internet, making it easy to work remotely. The bright and airy kitchen is equipped with a side-by-side refrigerator and freezer (including filtered water), an electric range, microwave, toaster, mixer, and dishwasher. We include the essentials such as pots/pans, cooking utensils, pizza cutter, can/bottle/wine opener, cups, plates, bowls, mixing bowls, plastic storage containers, serving platters, and even kid-friendly dinnerware. A well-stocked coffee bar offers all the fixings alongside an assortment of mugs, wine, and drinking glasses. Guests are encouraged to utilize the items in the kitchen and refrigerator, as previous guests often leave behind items for future enjoyment. The dining table can seat up to 10 individuals. We provide complimentary treats including snacks, a bottle of wine, sparkling water, popcorn, and a s'mores kit for the firepit. Bedroom 1 has a king size bed with custom shelving in a large walk-in closet. It also has a private bathroom equipped with complimentary shampoo/conditioner/body wash, bath and hand towels, wash cloths, and special black facial cloths located in the lower cabinet. There is also a hair dryer in the drawer for your use. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed with closet and dresser. Bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds with a closet and dresser. Bedroom 4 is a private office space with workout equipment, built-in dresser, closet and a full-size futon sleeper. The home has an additional bathroom in the main hall and offers complimentary shampoo/conditioner/body wash. Bath and hand towels, wash cloths, and special black facial wash cloths are stored on shelves for your use. There is also a hair dryer in the drawer for your convenience. The hall closet contains extra towels, an iron and ironing board. There are ample games and books too for your enjoyment during your stay. Guests will have access to the outdoor space which includes a grill, fire pit, patio seating, Adirondack chairs, bench seating, and charming string lights. Take some time to relax under the towering trees and enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine! Within the outside storage cabinet, you will discover a selection of adult and children's life jackets, portable kayaks, and various other items for enjoying on the lake (access April 1st thru mid-Octber). Explore the expansive yard, landscaped to highlight the breathtaking scenery, featuring a bocce ball court versatile enough for horseshoes and ladder golf. Don't miss out on Horseshoe Lake's allure! Take a refreshing plunge (public access just a 2-minute drive or a 15-minute walk away), paddle out in one of the single kayaks, or simply enjoy feeding the ducks or casting a line for trout in the well-stocked lake.
