The quaintness and uniqueness of this 1900s home is well preserved and loved by those who visit. There are four bedrooms and two bathrooms, plenty of space for your group to relax and unwind. Outdoor firepit and charcoal grill to be added in spring! Hops House is a single family home with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. When you walk in through the front door you walk immediately into the dining area. The kitchen is directly behind the dining area, separated by a half wall, creating a very open and free flowing space. Kitchen has a stove, dishwasher, refrigerator and microwave to use. To the right will be the living room with the only TV which is a streaming SmartTV. On the first floor you will also find one of the bedrooms with a queen bed and the laundry area and bathroom with a walk in shower. Upstairs is another bathroom with a claw foot tub and the three additional bedrooms. The yard is fenced in and private but with neighbors on both sides. Not shown in photos currently will be a charcoal grill with a fire pit and Adirondack chairs. The home is close to the stop sign on the main road of Hartwick which ensures that cars should be driving by slowly keeping road noise low but still present being that it is on a main road.
