Perfect place
Our stay at River Chase Cottage was seriously awesome. Tucked away on this old farm by the Potomac, it was like stepping into a chill retreat, away from all the craziness. The check-in was a breeze, and the place had all the cozy vibes. We loved how it was peaceful and quiet, yet not too far from town. Plus, the host was super cool and made sure we had everything we needed. Overall, River Chase Cottage is a total vibe for anyone looking to kick back and relax in nature. Highly recommend it for a rad getaway!

Our cottage is conveniently located just 12-minutes from historic Shepherdstown, brimming with restaurants and boutique shops, and offering access to the C&O canal for hiking and biking. A 17-minute drive south will take you to historic Harpers Ferry, a treasure trove of dining, art, architecture, and history. Tour the site of the storied John Brown raid or hike up to Jefferson Rock. If you’re feeling lucky, the Hollywood Casino is just 20 minutes away.
When you arrive at the property, you will enter the driveway through a gate (which will be opened). You will pass the Farm House on your right and proceed approximately 150 ft. to the cottage. You may park next to the cottage. Cellular service can be tricky depending on your carrier. However, you should be able to quickly join the wi-fi as a guest and make calls over the wi-fi should you need to.
