Maureen is a very nice host, however the house indoors & out needs some updating. Even though this is a pet friendly house there should not be a distinct order that lingers. We tried burning scented candles, opened windows and that did help but the oder remained. With a little TLC it could be a very nice rental but it wasn’t worth what we paid.

Maureen's home is wonderful! She goes above and beyond to ensure you have the best vacation experience possible! We just love Cape Cod and are creatures of habit and traditions so we already know what we're going to do when we're there. But if you don't, no worries. She leaves a binder full of suggestions and checks in with you to see if you need anything. The house is perfect and includes more amenities than are listed. For example she includes: dish soap, hand soap, zip loc bags, trash bags and more. This house was perfect for our Cape Escape!

My husband and I travel a few times a year and we have had our share of hosts. I can’t say enough great things about Maureen. She went of and beyond for us!! The central air needed to be replaced and would take a few days. She called while we were on our way to let us know what was going on and went and bought window units to make sure we were comfortable. She continually stayed in contact with updates. The home was so comfortable and the fenced in yard was a huge plus with the poochies. The kitchen was one of the most stocked kitchens we have seen. We have made Cape Cod our new place for our yearly vacation for the last 4 years since we sold our place in the OBX. I will always try to book Maureen’s home in the future and pray it’s available when we need it.
