Di is a friendly host and replied to our calls promptly and the house has some great potential. Di made an exception for us and offered that we could arrive early. When we got to the house the first key safe didn't open, the other one that should have had the key in was empty, apparently due to the cleaners not having put the key back in the right place. Die replied promptly when i rang her and explained the situation, and she tried to reslove the issue over the phone. After we were given several different number combinations and the safes still didn't open we were asked to wait outside. Finally someone was sent who managed to open the key safe after several attempts and a fair bit of waiting from our side. We stayed over a weekend and it was noisy since some neighbours were partying. One of the children was ill during our stay and we spent the last night in A&E. We were grateful that Di was happy to extend our departure time so we could get some rest before driving home.

Comfy and spacious house, parking on site and very quite, even if located a 3’ from the Main Street. Only downside, 2 beds were very uncomfortable and they could have a bit more attention to details….for example the linen and sheets were a bit grey and old. Also there is the dishwasher but no soap or tablets provided.

The property was just perfect, clean and tidy and feel right at home. Everything you need. it's also central location which was great and parking onsite.We also extended our stay while there which was easy as Sarah responded very quickly. Would definitely stay again
