Paul's place was clean, quite, comfortable, and conveniently located just a short walk from Frazier Ave. It was everything we needed it to be.

Had a great time at Paul’s, he was very responsive and the location and neighborhood was definitely rewarding. I’d stay there again when in Chattanooga.

Overall: Our stay was really disappointing. We have stayed all over the world and this was the least accurate accomodation we have had. The photos are clearly from many years ago because the space needs to be cleaned and furniture is broken/dirty. The good: It's a good location in a quiet and walkable neighborhood. Which allowed us to explore DT Chattanooga easily on foot with a kiddo. The king sized bed was nice, AC unites in both the living and bedroom. Porch Swing was available and functional. Water pressure was good. The bad: Many cobwebs in the shower, hanging from the ceilings, hair on the bathroom floors, moldy shower curtain, the toilet didn't work untill the owner had to come fix it, there was trash of a personal nature left by other guest in the dresser, sticky remotes/crumbs left on the coffee and side tables was enough to have us eating out every day.
