Outside courtyard for guests to front of property. Excellent location. 5 minute walk to Southend Central station, town, Adventure Island and seafront. 10 minute walk to Cliffs Pavilion. Restaurants within the immediate conservation area. Southend Airport 4 miles away. Payable street parking (8 am - 6 pm) One double bedroom/double bed with small ensuite shower room, spacious living room with desk area, spacious hallway on entry leading down to the kitchen, own front door to outside patio area to the front of the property.

Perfect place to stay in Southend. Susan's place is in a lovely area just a short walk from the sea front and also from the main town center. Very centrally located which was ideal for our stay. The flat was ideal with plenty of space, a comfortable bed and a small kitchen to prepare small meals. Susan had provided plenty of small extras which were very appreciated and the flat was spotless throughout. We loved staying here and next time we are in the area will certainly be booking again. Thank you very much.
My parents-in-law really enjoyed their stay at Susan’s place. A fantastic location with great access to the seaside. The accommodation was cosy and clean with everything they needed. Communication was very friendly, helpful and prompt. They would definitely stay again.
