The hosts were very kind and let us check in early. The house felt like a home from home, really clean with everything we needed. A great location, perfect for exploring the Peak District. We will definitely return one day! Thank you!

A home away from home. The facilities and ambiance of the house is lovely very cozy and makes you feel at home. ( especially with all the little extras on arrival) Fab kitchen & facilities , a bath to soak away the long walks with, a very comfy bed and safe space for my dog . Folllow the directions given to you by the lovely hosts as sat.nav woo.not help you. This is a fab base to explore the peak district from . A quiet village but a short walk to meet up with monsal trail to walk to Bakewell or Monsal Head in the other direction. village shop, pubs and an Aldi a 7 min drive away. Had a fab time and hope to return again for more adventures.

Really comfortable and lovely property. A great enclosed garden for my dog to run free and lovely facilities in the house. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely place in a great location! At walking distance from the Monsal trail, Thornbridge Estate and good pubs... simply perfect!

This is the perfect location to explore the Peak District just a short walk from Monsal Head. Lovely practical little home perfect for the 2 of us and a dog. Had everything we needed and 2 lovely pubs in the village. We thoroughly recommend it and would definitely come back if we were in Peak District again.
