Consummate hosts, Cherry and Roger’s pavilion is the perfect getaway: it was spotless, well-equipped, a surprising amount of storage and beautiful verdant views. They had thoughtfully provided everything we could need. Would love to visit again to explore what we couldn’t fit into our long weekend. So long as you have a car, you have everything you need here. A lovely, cosy little cottage for a nice countryside getaway
Utterly grateful to this special private space, set in a beautiful garden. All details covered, with a creative and appealing style, it was perfect and we so appreciated the hosts flexibility and kindness. Thankyou
We wanted somewhere calm and quiet to relax and wind down for a few days and luckily we came across Cherry and Roger’s place. Tucked away in a beautifully tended garden in a rural location, the timber framed building was excellently laid out, making the best use of the space so that even though it wasn’t huge it felt much bigger. There was a lovely inside-outside feel to the cabin with a long verandah running along the front and we were able to sit out with a glass of wine in the evening. There were lots of nice touches in the way the cabin was furnished and the bed was really comfortable. It was equipped with everything we needed. Cherry and Roger had generously provided things like tea, coffee, milk and eggs. Especially appreciated was the bottle of cold Prosecco waiting for us when we arrived. Cherry and Roger were thoughtful and welcoming hosts, who weren’t intrusive but were around if we needed them. We had a great time and would stay again
This place is a hidden gem. If you are looking for peace and tranquillity, away from your busy life this is perfect. We loved the setting and the accommodation is cosy and inviting, thoughtfully presented and immaculate. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is provided by Cherry who is a friendly and considerate host. We can’t wait to visit again. Thank you Cherry and Rodger for making us feel so welcome.
