This was one of the best airbnb's that I've ever stayed in. Janet and Howard truly care about your experience, and are attentive to your needs. There was all the privacy needed, hot showers, a wonderfully firm yet cozy bed, Netflix, cafes nearby, and all perched on top of a beautiful hill in a gorgeous neighborhood. This listing is for respectful folks enjoying the area. Any little kinks were attended to immediately. 100% would stay again!

Janet’s place is Wonderful! It’s an honor to say I feel it’s by far one of the best stays in Redding! I’ve stayed there for short and longer stays, and both times were such a blessing. I felt at home & so welcomed, yet the privacy is perfect. Inside is beautifully decorated and cozy with all the necessities, and it’s very peaceful! I love Janet’s caring heart & they both are amazing hosts! I highly recommend this stay!!

excellent airbnb. Janet has thought of everything. nice fluffy towels. comfortable bed. blankets for laying on the couch. Great coffee and even liquid creamer. she even supplied ice. cubes. Oh healthy and yummy snacks. Honestly can't think of anything she forgot. Quiet and black out curtains. nice decor. clean. we will be back!!!!

We loved this place, it was quiet and restful. It was close to everything. We loved Janet our host, she responded quickly when we needed something. We enjoy the neighborhood, my husband went on walks every morning it was safe and quiet. The unit was decorated nicely and the bed and furniture was comfortable. We had to eat out a lot it would have been nice to have a hot plate to make a few meals in the unit. We would totally stay here again. There are some neat things near by if you like golfing, there was a 9 hole golf course a few min. Away and the best coffee and breakfast place we found is so worth checking out. Deja Vu Restaurant 10 min away from the Airbnb. Lovely place to stay.

Quiet and relaxing. Very clean, nicely decorated. Soft towels, comfortable bed, and convenient private entrance. Great location, close to everything. Friendly, helpful hostess.
