Great location only a very short walk into the centre of Keswick with the main road also easily accessible for getting to other parts of the lakes. Responsive host and beautiful property. Definitely consider staying again in the future,
A really handy spot to walk into Keswick through the park. We loved the well-equipped kitchen and utility room, having two bathrooms to speed us up in the mornings, and having a wood burner to keep things cosy in the evenings. Lance and Alison responded really quickly to messages which was great.
Very clean and well equipped cottage with an easy walk through a park to the town. Great for dogs and children - and super food at the neighboring Pheasant

Cumbrian born and bred. Very happy to still be here. I live near Wigton, where I look out over the Northern fells of the Lake District, a place I regularly visit with some old school friends in our walking club. As a host I love having a place in Keswick, which is in turn loved by the visitors we have and I take great delight from them having a great trip. Our main aim is to make sure people are happy on their holidays and I’m always on hand if anyone needs anything, but “touch wood”, we’ve not had any trouble to worry about. Hope you enjoy your time with us.
