There was one thing that was an issue. The cups, glasses, etc were in a cabinet way over my head! They did respond quickly with any questions I had.

it's not on the gulf, it's on the bay, and there's no shopping. But it is an hour away from all the good towns to walk around in and beaches

The room itself was very nice and comfortable and just as advertised. The area is fun with two nice restaurants ($40-$70 for 2 people) right there. One plays pretty good music in the evenings making for a nice atmosphere in the area. If you are like us and want to play tennis and shuffleboard, be aware we could not locate any shuffleboard equipment and there is an information book in the room to dial a front desk, but no one answers and the voicemail is full. There are just 2 courts, one with pickle ball lines along with tennis lines. Unfortunately there are many cracks and a very uneven surface. Small trees and grass growing in the cracks. The nets worn but were strung properly. It is a most beautiful setting being very close to the water and trees on the east and west to provide early and late shade. It is a shame they don’t keep up these courts. Also, we saw 4 other courts on the Google maps and were excited thinking this is a tennis area. But these courts are now a parking lot. Be aware that Premier sends the code to get in 7-10 days ahead of arrival. I am not thinking about arrival that early and missed the email. It took us over an hour to figure out how to get in. Premier was not responsive to my phone calls for either getting into the place or finding shuffleboard equipment. They didn’t respond at all. But the room is very nice and we enjoyed that.

Be careful when booking as all rooms are not the same, ours was much smaller and had no kitchen area like advertised. The entire place is dirty as there is no one that cleans in the halls or surrounding area.

Really good place to stay! Clean and comfortable!
