This was much bigger and nicer than expected. 5 adults plus a cat. We stayed for a month. Gated community. Quiet. Pool and hot tub a short distance away. House has laundry room with washer and dryer, sink, rack to line dry. Comfy beds. Not enough kitchen towels, dishes, or flatware. Master is very nice. No hangers. Very few cleaning supplies. Limited seating in dining and living rooms. Small private covered terrace with garden in back. Two chairs and table. Cat enjoyed bird and lizard watching. Two car garage MUCH appreciated. Many nearby attractions, restaurants, stores , thrift stores, churches, entertainment, etc. Colorado River and boat rides on Lake Havasu. Route 66, wild burros in Oatman, casinos. Desert terrain. We enjoyed our stay. Would stay again. Owner was quick to respond to us when contacted. Took care of any issues we encountered.

This place is beautiful and very homey. Very comfortable beds and furnishings. Hosts were extremely proactive and helpful when I called. We loved having a fireplace since the weather was cold and stormy while we were there. It was also nice to have a gate key remote and a garage available to park our car in and access the house thru the garage once we checked in. Overall - I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone and would stay here next time I need a nice place in Laughlin. We very much enjoyed it and loved the quiet area it's situated in. Wonderful view of the river and hills. 5 stars for the hosts!
