Great place! It’s just as described. Lot of restaurants walking distance. The beach is close by, 15 min walk where you encounter even more restaurants and bars. The house was really clean and nice. I was with my family of 6 we were all comfortable. The pool was a great temperature and also clean. Friendly neighborhood. The host responded quickly and even helped me check in earlier, because I had an issue with flight changing and the space was free, very accommodating. Would definitely stay again and recommend it to others.

Home inside was pretty clean. Beds very comfortable. Lots of organic kitchen and laundry supplies. Exterior of the home is not very well kept. Backyard needs cleaned and updated; rotting, old fence and deck, and garden beds sparse and collecting debris. Grill and patio were dirty with grease, so we cleaned. Pool had mold growing upon arrival and after a slow response for a clean, it returned 2 days later. Overall, we thought the price is too high for the quality of amenities.

My husband and I rented this property for 2 months. Our 2 daughters go to FAU and my parents rented a house right down the block so it was nice to be close to all of them. The house is in a perfect location in The Cove. It is walkable to all the shops and restaurants. The house was very clean upon arriving. The backyard could use a sitting area but pool is great. However, 1 lounge chair was broken as well as a dining chair from the outside dining set. Also half of the recessed lights were out in the living room making the room quite dark. Not major problems but it is very difficult to reach the property manager. It often took over 3 days for a response and it took a week for the light bulbs to be replaced. The lounge chair and chair were never replaced. The response was to just use the other ones. That was not always easy if we had our kids and parents over. While we enjoyed our stay, we felt that the manager should have been more reachable especially for the amount of money we spent.
