This is a great property Fantastic location and plenty of room This is a true 6 bedroom, and the beds were actually comfortable. Good kitchen wares, sheets towels,etc

Great property and location. Good setup and potential for a great time/experience. However property consumables and cleanliness could use some work. Small things like no hand soap and random unclean items detracted from experience and quality. Also communication with management company was slow. Spoke to them eventually and they said they would address but given the property price would expect a bit more attentiveness/premium quality.

This home was absolutely beautifully designed and in an incredible location. It was a perfect set up for our large family to have the space to spread out and enjoy our vacation. Our only real complaint was how dirty the house was when we arrived. There was old food pieces on the floor in multiple rooms, the fridges/freezers had not been wiped down or cleaned, the counters were dirty, dishes/cups in the cabinets were dirty, and the south house wreaked of cigarette smoke. The last renter’s garbage was overflowing in the cans (which were left in the driveway between the 2 houses near the pool) and it caused flies and smelled until the property manager came and picked it up at our request a few days into our stay. Also, there was no hand soap in any bathroom and very little toilet paper. We had to purchase our own pump hand soap and toilet paper for each bathroom. Considering the cost of the rental and the cleaning fee, it was disappointing to arrive and have the property in this condition. Although the property company offered to send someone out to re-clean a few days into our stay, we didn’t hear back from anyone when we called their office on Saturday upon check in and so we went and purchased cleaning supplies and did a scrub down of the house our first night. It was no fun to have to start our vacation this way given the price of the rental and cleaning fee. Otherwise, the home was beautiful and the location was perfect.
