Terri was great making check in easy

We did not need to contact Terri during our visit. Everything was just as described and we could easily find what we needed. We did not need fans while we were there, but there were fans in every room. If you need, or want to be, out in the countryside this is it.

4 friends and I, along with our dogs, stayed here 4 nights for a dog show. It was the perfect location. Short drive to the fairgrounds and lots of privacy. There is only a window unit ac downstairs and of course we stayed during a heat wave but we made it work. There are fans provided and we also brought fans so with a fan at the bottom of the stairs blowing up and one at the top of the stairs osculating along with fans in the bedrooms helped tremendously! Everything you need is provided and it’s just a short drive to stores and restaurants. We all enjoyed our stay and are already planning to return next year!

This is a very peaceful and clean home that felt very inviting. The history of the house was of great interest. The crisps morning fresh air, birds chirping away, chipmunks scurrying about, the riverbeds flowing with a mini waterfall, a red covered bridge at the beginning of the gravel road up to the house, the fields with their crops sprouting up, and the lumber that was being clear from the land. A lot to explore on the property as well as off. Almost everything you need was provided with this rental. We hiked both waterfall trails at Grissett State Park. Enjoyed the lake as well. Our other half of the family camped out at Grasmere campgrounds. We had traveled back and forth each day. The description said 14 miles it was more like 26 miles. We adapted with adventurous routes every day. The street side fresh vegetable gardens were a delight. Just wish we had more time to do a little more exploring. If you're looking for a peaceful place to unwind this, is it.

We wanted a place that was quiet and this place was definitely quiet and remote. It is a quaint old farmhouse. The AC in living room worked well to keep the downstairs cool. It was a bit warm upstairs but it was a hot weekend. We had everything we needed from bedding to bathroom to campfire. The place was easy to find and easy to get into. Terri and as very responsive to questions. We enjoyed our family stay!
