The stay at Kevin’s was great! He was so kind and friendly, we were glad we got a chance to talk with him. And the animals made it an absolute plus! Soo sweet and loving, but Kevin was sure to mention they could stay downstairs if it was an issue with us. Location is also great too, very close to downtown. Would love to stay again!

Kevin & co. were awesome! The space was clean, quiet, and private. Kevin was super helpful. Dog friends Nala, Toto, and Winnie made my day, and Stevie the cat was my new bff!!!! A great time and very close to everything Downtown.

Super convenient, very short drive to downtown area. Kevin was very helpful allowing us to arrive a bit earlier and greeting us at checkin. My son and loved the sweet dogs and cat, and the room was very comfy and clean. Great host and value!

Kevin was awesome. Friendly and easy to work with. His home is nice and cozy and in a lovely neighborhood off the beaten path, yet less than 10 minutes away from downtown Athens. My daughter and I slept well. We loved the animals as well. They were so friendly and loving! Would recommend for a traveler that's looking for a warm and quiet place to sleep at night.

For a quick overnight stay, Kevin's place was a nice pit stop. A heater, blankets, and towels were provided. Clear instructions were given about what to expect, especially with the pets (who were so sweet!).
