Villa Amalthia is a magnificent property that is situated in the unspoiled area of Kiotari beach, only a 5-minute drive from the beach. It offers an incredible private swimming pool, a fantastic external heated jacuzzi, and a relaxing furnished patio. The property conveniently accommodates up to 6 people. It is the ideal place to collect unforgettable memories and enjoy your holidays in peace with your friends or family. It offers an incredible private swimming pool, a fantastic external heated jacuzzi, and a relaxing furnished patio. The property conveniently accommodates up to 6 people. It is the ideal place to collect unforgettable memories and enjoy your holidays in peace with your friends or family. Villa Amalthia is tastefully decorated in a modern and contemporary way. It has 2 incredible fully air-conditioned bedrooms with balconies and flat-screen TVs. One of the bedrooms has a kinged sized bed with an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub. Also, there is a sharing bathroom with a bathtub. The other bedroom has twin beds and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen, suitable for any meal preparation, and a seating area where you can enjoy your meal. In the same area, there’s a living room with a double sofa bed that has a smart TV with Netflix. There’s free Wi-Fi access throughout the property. Outdoors, there’s a private swimming pool with sunbeds and parasols and a beautifully furnished patio. Also, guests will find an externally heated jacuzzi for relaxing moments. Guests will find a BBQ installation for the preparation of tasty meals and seating areas.

Heel mooie villa met prachtig uitzicht op de zee. Het zwembad is echter klein, wat je op de foto’s niet ziet. Maar ik heb elke dag kunnen zwemmen en er is ook de heerlijke jacuzzi. De villa heeft ook een mooie tuin. Van het hotel ernaast hadden we geen last, omdat het door de branden in juli, niet meer functioneel was. In de keuken zijn er extra glazen en kopjes voorzien en het nodige keukengerei is aanwezig, behalve een braadslede voor de oven, maar dit zou in orde gebracht worden. De ontvangst was hartelijk met een heel goede uitleg over alle voorzieningen. Toen de gaspul van de bbq leeg bleek te zijn, werd dit probleem onmiddellijk opgelost, ondanks het feit dat het al na 20 uur was. Prima dus! Op kleine afstand is er een supermarkt, waar je alles kunt kopen, behalve vlees. Hiervoor moet je in de voormiddag(!) naar de meatmarket wat verderop. Rhodos is een prachtig land met een mooie natuur én cultuur en een heel vriendelijke bevolking We hebben volop van onze vakantie genoten.

Lovely new Villa located just a short walk above Kiotari Village. Nice touch with welcome pack, providing everything you need to start your hols. (Bread, butter, milk, water, ham, cheese, coffee, sugar, peanuts, olives, bottle of wine) Spacious garden, great place to relax on loungers and use pool/hot tub. There is proximity to a hotel (Kiotari has several all inclusive hotels). Early season was not an issue, but may get a little noisy at high season. Not really an issue. Owner was nice enough to come and visit, make sure everything was ok, was flexible with check out. Recommended.

lovely clean and well equipped villa. fantastic holiday with our 1 year old, everything we needed Dimitrios organised for us. highly recommend and would definitely go again.

We enjoyed every minute of our stay. Contacted the night before, the welcome was very well organised. The villa was cool, nice and clean - the pictures show reality. The owners are very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the funny yet useful goodbye gift! Close to beaches, tavernas and supermarkets, you have everything you need for a Rhodes holiday. Only thing you should know is that the villa is located right next to an all-in hotel, and the first night we were really bothered by their “entertainment”. Luckily, after the owners contacted the police, things got quieter.

Guests will find the nearest beach within a 5 minute driving distance. Gennadi village is a peaceful place and is found within an 8-minute drive. You’ll find all your necessary urban conveniences such as supermarkets, pharmacies, bars, restaurants, and car rentals. You should visit Prasonisi, the most impressive beach on the island, which is only a 30-minute drive away. Guests should not miss visiting Lindos which is about a 20-minute drive far from Kiotari beach. Lindos Acropolis is the most breathtaking archaeological site of Rhodes and has the most inspiring beaches. Also, visitors should explore the Old Town of Rhodes, a UNESCO World Heritage, at a distance of about an hour's drive away from the suite. The airport and the center of Rhodes are located an hour's drive away.
